Ingredients
- 3 cups of chilled, cubed watermelon
- 1 cup of coconut water (raw, sugar-free brand)
- A squeeze of fresh lime
- 1 small handful of mint leaves
Method
- Simple….whizz it all up in a blender with a few ice cubes.
