Passport to Bootcamp - Terms and Conditions

With this Purchase you agree to the following terms:
Activates upon purchase
Valid for use by named pass holder only and cannot be used by any other.
Payments will be charged to a debit card on an automatic monthly basis in perpetuity, until notice is provided via email.

This Passport to Bootcamp contract will entitle you to use the Shoreditch, Strand, Notting Hill and Richmond studios only, you will not be able to access any Bootcamp Pilates franchises. The contract will last for a minimum of 3 months after this one months notice before your next payment will need to be given to cancel your contract. Please email [email protected] to cancel
Partial refunds will not be given and monthly payments once billed are not eligible for cancelation or refund
terminations cannot b back-dated.

Any classes that you book into but do not attend will incur a £15 fee per class missed. You will be able to cancel any bookings up to 12 hours before the class start time, after this the £15 fee will apply.

Bootcamp Pilates reserve the right to withdraw or amend this contract at any time, communication will be made to you directly via email to notify of any changes.

Maximum of one booking per day

When terminating this contract you must contact your bank to cancel your direct debit

Passport to Shoreditch - Terms and Conditions

With this Purchase you agree to the following terms:
Activates upon purchase
Valid for use by named pass holder only and cannot be used by any other.
Payments will be charged to a debit card on an automatic monthly basis in perpetuity, until notice is provided via email.

Passport to Shoreditch contract will entitle you to use the Shoreditch only and will not permit you to any other Bootcamp Pilates studio.The contract will last for a minimum of 3 months and you are not able to cancel the contract within this time. If the contract is renewed after this period one months notice will be needed before your next payment will need to be given to cancel your contract. Please email [email protected] to cancel your contract.

With this Purchase you agree to the following terms:
Activates upon purchase
Valid for use by named pass holder only and cannot be used by any other.
Payments will be charged to a debit card on an automatic monthly basis in perpetuity, until notice is provided via email.

Passport to The Strand contract will entitle you to use The Strand only and will not permit you to any other Bootcamp Pilates studio.The contract will last for a minimum of 3 months only and you will not be able to cancel this during this period, if the contract is extended you will need to give one months notice to cancel from your payment date. With this Purchase you agree to the following terms:
Activates upon purchase
Valid for use by named pass holder only and cannot be used by any other.
Payments will be charged to a debit card on an automatic monthly basis in perpetuity, until notice is provided via email.

Passport to Fulham contract will entitle you to use the Fulham only and will not permit you to any other Bootcamp Pilates studio.The contract will last for a minimum of 2 months and you are not able to cancel the contract within this time. The contract will automatically renew after this period. After the 2 months initial period, one months notice will be needed before your next payment date in order to cancel your contract. Please email [email protected] to cancel your contract.

Passport to Windsor contract will entitle you to use the Windsor only and will not permit you to any other Bootcamp Pilates studio.The contract will last for a minimum of 3 months and you are not able to cancel the contract within this time. The contract will automatically renew after this period. After the 3 months initial period, one months notice will be needed before your next payment date in order to cancel your contract.
