Bootcamp Barre

Just like our Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes, Barre sessions aim to work the whole body. Suitable for all levels of fitness, each 55-minute total body workout class combines core strengthening with static and dynamic movements and active stretching. Regular attendance will help improve cardiovascular health, posture and alignment as well as lengthen your muscles. City of London studio only.
