First visit to the new booking system?
Before we take you to MindBodyOnline (MBO), we'll explain what is going to happen once you get there.
If it is your first time on MBO, you will need to 'reclaim' your account, using the following procedure.
- On the MBO page, there are 2 boxes in the centre of the page. You need to put your Christian name and Surname in the right hand box, then click to proceed.
- You now need to select your name from the drop-down list.
- Answer ONE of the requested security questions and add a new password.
- You've now reclaimed your account and will be able to log-in at the top right, next time.
Your outstanding balance/classes in the old system has been transferred as a straight cash amount - 1 credit = £1. You now need to turn some of that balance into classes, as follows:
- On your home page, select 'on-line store' tab at the top right.
- The next page is 'series and memberships' - choose Peak or Off-Peak, depending on what you'd like to purchase. Note: You are 'purchasing' from the balance that you already hold.
- Choose the specific package of classes that you'd like and take to the shopping cart.
- Select 'check out' and you'll then be on the 'place order' page where you select to pay from your current balance.
- If you have insufficient credit, you'll then be taken through the routine for making a completely new purchase.
- You can now book your class.
